Sorry for the late reply, just got back from vacation. My senpai bought this USB for me.
As I explained in the post, I too had a very hard time finding this USB, and this is what I learned (along with needing to tell everyone who asked the same thing):
Stuff like this USB were sold exclusively to Japanese residents through the official website of the broadcasting station that aired "Bloody Monday," in this case, that would be "tbs." Merchandise from j-dramas and shows will only be sold in those television shop websites... and here comes Japan's stupid rule for TV merchandise: j-drama merchandise will "only" be sold during the first two weeks (or two and a half weeks) during the time the particular "show" is being aired. After the two week period is up, the store will not restock the items and the suppliers will cease production. Hence the reason why there is such a limited number of BM USB's.
Here's how I see merchandise shopping: {new j-drama + first 2 weeks = lots of cool stuff to buy (if you know someone in Japan).} {j-drama + years after original air-date = you're out of luck.}
At this point, to my knowledge, there are not anymore BM USB's being sold or circulated. Sorry, but I hope this helped maybe for future purchases. I had to learn this the hard way when I wanted Persona 4 merchandise.
