Big Dreams...

But... I'm about to leave work (my source of internet).
I will edit this journal post when I arrive in lake in the hills....maybe.

Okay, now I'm finally on an internet source. I have to finish my art research report before next Wednesday or else I fail the course. My final project is on Audrey Kawasaki, an awesome oil on wood painter, her artworks are beyond beautiful. The paintings filled with many shades of neutral colors, melancholy is the only thing given off by her artworks. Don't get me wrong, I'm not aspiring to become an artist(I wish I could).
Miki and I came up with this plan to start our own business together. We want to run a small bakery type business. We want to bake some goods to sell at the Batavian Farmer's Market. I want to help bake and package, I'll be investing too. We were thinking about selling yummy cakes and cookies. We have a sanitation permit because of the restaurant, but we need to obtain a vending permit too, in order to set up shop on public property. We were also thinking about making herb and spice cookies, like rosemary cookies and black pepper cookies, or red velvet cake. With baking, the possibilities are endless. We have to work hard to build up our business, afterall, we're starting from scratch. I want to design our tent banner and design the packing labels for the baked goodies too.
Hopefully if we can succeed in the Batavia venue, then we'll try to sell our baked goods in the Chicago Farmer's Market. This is a dream in the making.
I've always wanted to work side by side with sister, I can't wait to start up this business!
