Scratch what I said in the previous post!
MIKI LEFT FOR MICHIGAN TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently, her road trip buddies called her up at 6 am to tell her they all decided to leave Chicago TODAY.

GOOD LUCK ON THE COOKING TOURNAMENT MIKI, GET FIRST PLACE LIKE ALWAYS!!!!
I LOVE YOU, DON'T SET ANYTHING ON FIRE LIKE STUPID ME DOES ALL THE TIME (okay the toaster was an accident, I swear).
GANBATTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got away with not going to work, again!
Me being left at home makes me very happy.
I watched Jing King of Bandits in Seventh Heaven, a decent 3 part anime special, I love it for the creative imagination.

Then I watched a few old music videos off my external hard drive.
"Sorafune" by Tokio, brings back memories, awww... now I really want to watch "My Boss My Hero" (Japanese version of course).

"Osaka Rainy Blues" by Kanjani 8, a semi-enka song, one of their original classics, it always makes me sad.

"Odore" by Micro, for some odd reason, actually the song isn't that old, but it made me realize that I never finished watching "Osen" because AkiraShock was not releasing hardsubs so often while the series was running, hmm...... I wonder if the subs are complete and out yet?

"Hallelujah" by AAA, you know I just finished watching "Gachibaka!" today, for Tegomasu reasons...

"Break Down" by AAA (okay obviously not an old song), but I just happened to turn on "TEIOH" at the time.

After I finished dwelling in the past memories of those old  music videos, I ate ramen.... there was no food in the house (the only downside to staying home alone, the fridge is not restocked).
I spent the rest of the day playing Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
Plus I'm listening to... "Dejavu"... by K-OTIC or 2HIGH whatever you want to call them.... DAMN YOU EX!!! I hate K-OTIC, but this song is so.... disturbingly catchy in a brainwashing way... If anyone is interested in the video, click here. GAH! Why must it be catchy, I hate K-OTIC because they are "destroying the Thai music industry."
That reminds me, one of my random friends passed an audition and signed with GRAMMY (not an eldery society). Its one of the biggest record companies in Thailand. This company owns all the top singers and raised some really talented ones. Well... my friend is a trainee in GRAMMY right now, but why do I get the feeling she won't last and get chewed up by the big contenders...nah I'm just being pessimistic. I hope she makes it to being famous, that is if she can stay alive long enough in the music industry. Eh... well she's more of an acquaintance than a friend, but I still wish her luck.

Playday.

This morning, when I was rudely awakened by my very LOUD cellphone playing "kirei na sora", my father called to ask me if I wanted to play with my cousin today? Sometimes other people find it weird that I'm 20 and yet I play (hang out) with my 12 yr old cousin. Hey! I'm mature but I'm childish in my heart by nature! I enjoy being childish thank you! (and people wonder why the restaurant made me sales manager/accountant) After stumbling out of bed (like a drunk I might add) to grab the Naruto piggy bank I bought for my cousin's x-mas present, I got ready with my morning routine and cousin Ex (yes his name is Ex) is in my living room to greet me. The first thing we all did (my sister included) was play the board game my sister acquired yesterday, "apples to apples".
The purpose of the game is to win these word games with playing cards. So, theres two decks, red cards and green cards, green cards are the main words we must play against. Red cards are in the player's possession. Each player starts with 7 cards, after you use your card you can draw more. All of the cards contain one preset word (darn, no improv), green cards are adjectives and red cards are nouns/verbs. We played with 3 people, so one of three of use must be judge to determine who's red word card best matches the green card. But of course the judge changes after each turn, it just circulates.
Here's an example of gameplay: the judge draws a green card, places the card down and the card says "cuddly", so out of my entire hand (my cards: Napoleon, bigfoot, milk, mount rushmore, in a coma, UFO, Martha Stewart) which card is the closest to "cuddly"? I put down "bigfoot" (I think he's cuddly?) and my opponent puts down "cactus"... sometimes one does not hold a card that even comes close to the green card, so in that event you "must" put down a card, even if the def. is completely different. Obviously the judge for that turn would declare me as winner of that round and I would obtain a green card as a reward. Then we all take turns being judge, I always lose because my opponents are biased with some words, grrr.....
After the "apples" Ex wanted to beyblade(customizable battle tops, anyone remember them?). I used to collect beyblades, I have a lot, but I stopped when they discontinued the toy line (bakugan killed beyblades and is the new obsession for children)and because I had no one to play against. I used all my good customs and beat Ex every round, but then he cheated and whipped out his full metal beyblade "wolborg". That was so cheap! My dainty plastic beyblades against a metal monster! But most of the time he played fair.
After that, Ex showed me a Thai boy-band he liked, "K-OTIC", well... he really likes these two members "Tomo" and "Poppy" who form their own duo called "2HIGH".

Unfortunately, I don't see the appeal. I mean, I learned that these two were kinda involved(I may be wrong) with the domination over "Golf & Mike's" fanbase... "Golf & Mike" were the original duo (and they are brothers) at their time of fame, now they're being trampled by these two?! Then again, after "G & M" got into the acting biz, their music releases were getting slower and their popularity was steadily declining. Plus! "G & M" was the only Thai group at the time that was signed by JE, yes.... Johnny OWNS THEM! As for "K-OTIC" and "2HIGH" I don't know much about them, I mean I've heard them sing a few japanese songs and it sounds "strange" as strange can be. Enough of my ranting!!!!
Ex "loves" Tomo and Poppy very much and respect that, but he has some existing interest in AAA, he thinks they're cool dancers. He really likes Nissy in a sweater-vest (BEYOND outfit). (keep in mind that even though Ex is young, his maturity and intelligence is equivalent to mine, not implying that I'm super dumb, he's abnormally mature for his age)

The first time I mentioned AAA to him:

Me: you know, AAA sings the theme song for Kamen Rider.
Ex: I LOVE KAMEN RIDER!!!
Me: yeah, he's awesome.
Ex: which one did they sing the theme song for?
Me: DEN-O, "Climax Jump"
Ex: .....Aww! I HATE DEN-O!!!!!
Me:...........eh? what?
Ex: it's so lame!!! *mocking tone* 'ii jan! ii jan! sugee jan?!'
Me: here, allow me to educate you.
*Plays 4th Attack perf. of Climax Jump*
Ex: ohhhhh... they've un-lamed the song for me, they're so cool, especially the girly-looking one with the huge lips.
Me: rofl, see! Aren't they cool?
Ex: give me the big lipped girly-guy's name, I wanna look him up...oh and the thin guy who messed up at jump rope in the 2008 tour too......

My day was awesome...
